We provide training and recommendations to help people work comfortably at their computer workstations.

We offer a range of workstation assessments to cater to different requirements, from employers wanting to ensure that they are complying with Health and Safety regulations, to individuals managing pain conditions in the workplace.

Part of this process can involve making recommendations about changes to computer workstations. We have an excellent knowledge about products and suppliers and can help you source what you need. We have lots of experience in working to different budgets and, being independent from suppliers, have no incentive for you to use particular suppliers or to purchase any products.

We provide three types of assessment to suit different needs:

Simple Workstation Assessment

Designed as a risk assessment, ensures compliance with computer Health and Safety regulations.

Suitable for users without any pain or disability.

Conducted at the individual's workstation, each assessment provides:

  • - Workstation risk assessment
  • - Report detailing any suggested modifications
  • - Duration: 15 minutes

Advanced Workstation Assessment

This assessment includes postural training to supplement any changes that are made to the workstation.

Suitable for those with simple musculoskeletal pain or those interested in improving their posture to prevent pain in the future.

Conducted at the individual's workstation, each assessment provides:

  • - Assessment of symptoms
  • - Workstation risk assessment
  • - Seated postural analysis
  • - Postural training and task management
  • - Report detailing any suggested modifications
  • - Duration: 30 minutes

Clinical Workstation Assessment

Designed for those with complex pain states, often requested as part of ongoing medical management.

Combining a clinical history and workstation assessment allows ergonomic solutions to be tailored to challenging circumstances.

Conducted in a private interview room and at the individual's workstation, each assessment provides:

  • - Clinical history
  • - Workstation assessment and detailed task analysis
  • - Seated postural analysis
  • - Postural training and task management
  • - Comprehensive report detailing clinical situation and ergonomic solutions
  • - Duration: 1 hour
