An introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation
Delivered over three 90 minute sessions this course offers a good introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation. Each session will explore a different facet of the What, Why and How of Mindfulness and Meditation.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course
Delivered over eight two-hour evening sessions this course provides a thorough grounding in the practice and application of Mindfulness to our daily lives. In addition to the eight weekly sessions there is one full day of practice on a Saturday or Sunday. To get the most out of the course it is best to arrange to attend all of the sessions.
Home practice is an integral part of the course as you begin to explore habits that lie at the root of stress. Each participant is invited to develop their own practice through weekly homework (about 45 mins a day). I provide course materials and CDs for you to do this.
